Commonwealth v. A.O. – OAS for OUI

3/17/15

– Concord District Court

– Concord PD

– Client arrested last year after a motor vehicle stop revealed he was operating with a suspended license due to a previous OUI offense. After more than a year of litigation, Attorney Seed was able to convince the DA to reduce the charge to a simple suspended license infraction on the day of trial. With the charge reduced, Client no longer faced the minimum mandatory 60 day jail sentence and negotiated a plea deal involving probation.
