College Parties in Allston/Brighton - Noisy & Disorderly House Charges

ttorney John B. Seed has seen many college students in the Boston area in court dealing with the allegation of Being a Keeper of a Noisy and Disorderly House. These students are typically residents of a house that has hosted a loud and obnoxious party. The Boston Police, usually at D-14 in Allston-Brighton, will break up the party and summons everyone on the lease to a clerk magistrate's hearing.

Attorney Seed feels that is very important for these students to have strong legal representation for several reasons:

1) An experienced criminal lawyer will be able to guide you through the process and explain all possible outcomes and options to you,

2) The lawyer will be with you at the hearing and will be able to direct your questioning to best present your case and,

3) Help convince the clerk magistrate not to issue the complaint - this will prevent you from being arraigned in front of a judge and having a criminal record.

Attorney John B. Seed has represented many students at the magistrate level with respect to this charge and has had great success in keeping their records clean. He has also seen some students who have gone to the hearing unrepresented and get charged criminally. At that point, a good amount of damage has been done - this is because once a person is arraigned, they automatically have an entry on their criminal record.

If you are a student or the parent of a student, the last thing you want is for that young person to have a criminal record. It can be the determining factor down the road that prevents you from gaining successful employment. Call Attorney Seed as soon as you receive a summons so that he can begin working on your case and put you in the best position possible to keep your record clean.
