Commonwealth v. J.M. – Minor in Possession

– Wrentham District Court
– Foxborough Police
– Attorney Seed was hired prior to the arraignment of three high school students who were arrested and charged with being minors in possession of alcohol. Attorney Seed was able to speak with the District Attorney and the police prosecutor prior to the student’s arraignment. As a result, the judge agreed with the recommendation that the three take part in a community service diversion program that would prevent them from being arraigned and from having a criminal record.
