– Client stopped by police officers for failing to dim their headlights as the officer was traveling towards their vehicle. Client was subsequently arrested and charged with OUI. At the police station, the Client took a breathalyzer and registered a reading of .21. Attorney Chan was able to successfully suppress the breathalyzer after a motion hearing. At trial, Attorney Chan was able to secure a “Not Guilty” verdict.
