Client was stopped for speeding in New Bedford and pulled into a parking lot. Upon approaching the vehicle, the officer noted a cloud of marijuana smoke leave the window. Client admitted he had smoked earlier and was with two other passengers. Client was put through several FSTs and placed under arrest. A search of the vehicle revealed numerous rounds of ammunition in a center console as well as additional amounts of marijuana. Attorney Seed filed a motion to suppress the stop and exit order of his client. Case was dismissed at the motion hearing.
