Commonwealth v. J.C. – OUI 2nd
Chelsea District Court
– Client was followed by a civilian witness from Route 1A in East Boston until his car jumped the curb at the Wonderland rotary in Revere. Client was uncooperative with police and placed under arrest.
In court, Attorney Seed was able to show that the prosecution would be unable to prove the first offense, which took place a few years earlier in another state. Because of that, Attorney Seed was able to secure a first offense disposition for his client, avoiding both mandatory jail time and a two week inpatient program. Client was also able to avoid a conviction on his record.
