– Witness calls police to report client’s erratic driving. Police find him pulling into a pizza store parking lot. Client then hits a parked car and stops. While stopped, police knock on the window to alert client and have him shut car off. Client is then alleged to have inhaled toxic fumes from a can and peel out of the lot. After a long chase, police are finally able to apprehend client. Client faced 8 charges in court, including two felony counts of Assault/Dangerous Weapon on police. Attorney Seed was able to successfully persuade the ADA to drop several charges and client was a given one year of probation on the OUI.
