Commonwealth v. O.S.- Domestic A&B, Violation RO

-Brighton District Court

Client arrested after former female acquaintance accuses him of shoving her in her apartment. She then takes out restraining order which allows him to live in same building as her but to use back entrance. One month later she calls police accusing client of sitting in front stairwell talking on his phone, leading to another arrest. At trial, Attorney Seed joined both matters to be tried as one and effectively cross-examined the victim and police pointing out several inconsistencies. He then put on several witnesses, including his client, to testify. After closing arguments, the jury deliberated for a little over 40 minutes before returning with Not Guilty verdicts on both charges.
