Commonwealth v. P.E. – Disorderly House / Procuring Alcohol for Minor

– Client summonsed to clerk magistrate’s hearing for being a keeper of a noisy and disorderly home as well as procuring alcohol for a minor. After a lengthy hearing, Attorney Seed was able to convince the clerk magistrate to not issue the complaint against his client, a local college student with no previous criminal record. Due to this, the client maintains a clean record and will not appear in front of a judge.
