Client arrested after a two month investigation lead by joint DEA and state task force reveals 3 marijuana grow houses in Randolph and one in Carver. Client and two others charged with trafficking and misdemeanor conspiracy. Close to 3,000 marijuana plants were seized from the homes. After almost two years of litigation, Attorney Seed was able to suppress incriminating evidence recovered from Client’s home. Both Co-Defendants plead Guilty prior to trial. After a week long trial, jury found Client Not Guilty of trafficking over 100lbs of marijuana, sparing him a minimum-mandatory 2 years and up to 15 years in state prison. Client convicted of misdemeanor conspiracy charge, carrying a maximum penalty of up to 2 years in the house of corrections.
