Client summonsed to clerk’s hearing for an OUI Drugs charge. Client was found unresponsive on the side of the road after traveling through an intersection. Client was revived after several doses of nasal Narcan. At the hearing, Attorney Seed presented a treatment plan that his client was currently taking part in and showed he had been substance free since the date of the incident. Both the Clerk and the police officer agreed that should Client be able to prove his sobriety over the course of the next year, the charges would not issue.
