- Client was on her way home after picking up some food from a local restaurant. While traveling around a curve on Mass. Ave in Lexington, she struck a parked vehicle. Police responded to the scene and had Client perform several field sobriety tests. Two officers noted a moderate odor of alcohol coming from Client as well as bloodshot and glassy eyes. Client was ultimately placed under arrest and charged with OUI. At trial, Attorney Seed cross-examined both officers on the tests they administered as well as statements made by Client. Client also took the stand and testified as to what happened during that entire day and how the accident occurred. At the conclusion of the trial, Client was found Not Guilty and acquitted of the OUI charge.
